Launch receipts for BVLOS fleets.

Skydio operators run shift preflight and rapid pre-launch checks under Part 91 pressure — then scale to multi-drone programs. This workbench turns a mission manifest into a doctor gate: waiver altitude, ADS-B, batteries, and deconfliction — before Remote Flight Deck.

One loop for fleet launch trust.

The workbench ingests a mission YAML and emits an inspectable receipt — shift vs rapid preflight, waiver compliance, weather window, and multi-drone deconfliction in one trail.

    Surface risks: BVLOS waiver caps, concurrent sites, ADS-B requirements.

    Ingest mission.yaml + fleet state into out/receipts/<run-id>/.

  3. 03Doctor

    Eight checks: shift/rapid preflight, battery, software, ADS-B, altitude, weather, deconfliction.

  4. 04Report

    Export doctor.json, manifest.json, and report.md for ops handoff.
